Garlic Causes Airport Panic

The Turkish Daily News reports that a leaking can of garlic caused a major security incident at Ankara's Esenboga Airport.

43 people were affected by the fumes which were feared might be sarin gas. The airport remained open however firefighters and security personnel were called in.

The fumes turned out to be the result of a leaking can of garlic oil in transit to Aromsa Food Ltd in Gebze.

Canadian Distribution For Allisure

NutraIngredients.com reports that Allimax Nutraceuticals has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Tempo Canada for Canadian distribution of its Allisure product.

Allisure is a high allicin concentrated garlic product said to conatin the same amount of allicin as 40 whole garlic bulbs. According to Allimax President, James Walton:

"A regular garlic pill has a minute amount of allicin compared to one of our pills. Nobody can consume this amount."
